Given that we are in the midst of the 2009 United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen (December 7-18th), the once tried and true “how ‘bout that weather?” may no longer be the uncontroversial conversation fail-safe that we have come to know and love.

But have no fear! Each week, starting on Monday, December 14, 2009, we will feature a comprehensive summary what we believe to be one of the  “top ten” cyber law cases currently pending in the courts.
